Parents, guardians and special friends of Brooks School students, you're invited to campus for our 2025 Family Weekend, held October 24 through October 25.

Our goal for this event is to provide our community with a chance for students, families and faculty to come together and learn more about your student's experience at Brooks.

• 7:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m. Registration in the Keating Room of Wilder Dining Hall
   
• 8 a.m. - 3:15 p.m. Classroom visits:

Start off your weekend by visiting a few classes with your student.

8 - 8:45 a.m. — B block
8:50 - 10 a.m. — F block
10 - 10:15 a.m. — Snack break in the science atrium
10:15 - 11 a.m. — G block
11:05 - 11:50 a.m. — H block
11:50 a.m. - 1:15 p.m. — Lunch and advisor meetings
12:10 - 1:10 p.m. — Family Weekend Arts in Progress Concert
1:15 - 2:25 p.m. — E block
2:30 - 3:15 p.m. — D block

• 11:30 a.m. - 1:30 p.m. Lunch in Wilder Dining Hall
   
• 12:10 - 1:10 p.m. Family Weekend Arts in Progress Concert in the Center for the Arts' theater

Join us for a concert featuring the Brooks School chorus, chamber orchestra, jazz band, rock band, advanced jazz band and advanced rock band. Please also tour the building to observe and appreciate recent works on display from our student artists showcased in the Bowers Room and in the halls of the Center for the Arts.

• 1:15 - 2:15 p.m. College Counseling Forum with Boston University's Anastasia Hagerstrom and Brooks' College Counseling Department in the Chapel

Parents and guardians are invited to learn more about the college process from Boston University Associate Director for Off-Campus Recruitment Anastasia Hagerstrom. While open to all parents and guardians, this event is of particular interest for the classes of 2027 and 2028.

• 2:30 - 3:15 p.m. Signature Programs Drop-In Q&A in Luce Library 

One hallmark of Brooks is our signature programs. Stop by the Luce Library and visit with our programmatic leaders of these unique offerings:

• Exchange Program in the Robert Lehman Art Center within the library
• Students on the Forefront in the 2nd Floor classroom within the library
• Winter Term in the 1st floor glass classroom within the library

• 3:30 - 5:30 p.m. Drop-In Welcome Reception with Head of School John Packard and Associate Head of School Nina Freeman in the Head of School's House, located to the left of the admission building
   
• 4:30 - 7:30 p.m. Afternoon athletic competitions:

From 5:30 - 7 p.m. snacks and beverages are provided under the hospitality tent at Trustey Field.

    • The National Anthem will be sung by the Brooks School chorus prior to the game.

• 7:30 p.m. Fall Musical: "Into the Woods" at the Demoulas Family Boathouse

Inspired by the theme of Cinderella’s wish to "go to the festival" and combined with the beauty of the Brooks School campus, specifically the namesake of the theatre program "Firetrail Theatre," we are thrilled to announce that this year’s fall musical, "Into the Woods" will be performed outdoors at the Demoulas Family Boathouse.
