Commencement Weekend 2018
Dear Parents of the class of 2018,
Congratulations on the momentous occasion of your child’s upcoming graduation from Brooks School! Commencement Weekend is shaping up to be a busy, exciting time.
Below are resources that will hopefully help make your visit to campus a great one.
Graduation at Brooks is a two-day celebration, beginning on Sunday, May 27 at 2 p.m. and ending after the Prize Day Luncheon at 12:15 on Monday, May 28. We hope that you will join us for as much of the weekend as possible.
(If guests can only attend one of the two ceremonies, please note that diplomas are distributed on Prize Day: May 28). If you have any questions about the schedule, events or activities, feel free to contact Assistant to the Head of School Mary Ellen Yates at (978) 725-6329 or firstname.lastname@example.org.
Each sixth-form family will receive four graduation invitations in the mail this spring to share with family and friends. Additional invitations are available upon request, and an electronic copy is also available. No RSVP is required for Commencement Weekend.
We strongly recommend that you make room reservations well in advance. Lodging in the area fills up early for Memorial Day weekend. There are several options for local accommodations; please see our lodging page for suggestions (search for rooms in the 01845 zip code).
