The Brooks School strength and conditioning program is committed to meeting all students where they are and developing their knowledge about training, fostering confidence in them as teams and as individuals, and inspiring them to grow into active, strong and healthy student-athletes.
Whether the student is new to physical fitness or preparing for college athletics, there is an outlet for everyone.
Through introductory small group sessions, individualized goal-specific programs and team workouts, students will develop general and sport-specific strength, speed and flexibility — while avoiding injury in their sport or in their life.

Our Coaches Are Trained, Too ...
All Brooks coaches are trained in CPR to help in the event of an emergency and in concussion protocol.
All students undergo ImPACT testing prior to starting their sports career at Brooks. ImPACT is a computerized neuro-cognitive assessment tool used to assist licensed healthcare providers in evaluating and managing a suspected concussion.
While not a diagnostic test, the results can help to objectively evaluate a concussed athlete's post-injury condition and track recovery for safe return to play. This measure helps prevent cumulative effects of concussion or returning an athlete to play too soon.
