Miscellaneous Information

Parking – Once you arrive on campus, you will be directed to various parking areas. If you require additional assistance or special parking arrangements for a handicapped or disabled visitor, please contact Heather Ferrara: (978) 725-6275; hferrara@brooksschool.org.

Transportation – There will be limited shuttle service to the local hotels listed on the accommodations webpage and a shuttle to and from Boston for young alumni. Please signify whether you'd like a ride when registering for Alumni Weekend.

Classroom Visits – You are welcome to sit in on classes during your campus visit. A complete list of class times and locations for Friday, May 11, and Saturday, May 12, will be shared here in the coming months. If you are interested in sharing your professional expertise with a class, please let us know! Contact Heather Ferrara (see above) and she will help pair up you up with a class. HERE is a map to help you navigate the academic building.

Attire - Please plan accordingly for a variety of indoor and outdoor activities. Dress for Saturday night’s All-Alumni Reception and Dinner is dressy casual, but please note that the grass field is not suitable for heels. As a general reminder, the campus has a number of uneven surfaces, so please be sure to wear appropriate footwear.

While Alumni Weekend is designed to bring classmates together to have fun, we ask that you respect campus residents and abide by the following rules for campus guests.
  • Pets. Pets are not permitted in the campus buildings or on the turf field.
  • Smoking. The entire campus is smoke-free.
IDs and Alcohol. The school’s alcohol policy is designed to be consistent with the laws of the State of Massachusetts and reflects the need for mutual respect and personal responsibility. Drugs are not permitted on campus. Alcohol not provided by the school is prohibited on campus, and possession and serving of alcohol by persons under the age of 21 is prohibited. Please note, you might need to provide ID at the All-Alumni Reception and Dinner.

Places to Visit on Campus

Registration — This is where to go to get all your questions answered, as well as to sign up for campus tours. The registration table will be staffed in the Frick Dining Hall from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. on Friday, as well as 8:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Saturday. It then will be staffed in the Athletic Center from 5 to 7 p.m. on Saturday.

—Please stop by the Frick Dining Hall for light fare and refreshments. Enjoy viewing yearbooks, Bishops, Bulletins and other items from the Brooks archives.

School Store — Located on the lower level of the F. Fessenden Wilder Dining Hall, the store will be open Friday from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Saturday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Luce Library — Open Friday from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. and Saturday from 9 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.

Lehman Art Center — Open Friday from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. and Saturday from 9 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
